The Woolery Project, Inc. is a group of people in Arlington with a vision of building a regional event center to serve Gilliam County and the surrounding area. They’re hosting a couple of fundraising events this month to help make the Woolery a reality.

The Woolery Spring Fest 2018 Flower Basket Sale will take place this Friday, May 4 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Bank of Eastern Oregon parking lot. Paradise Rose Chuckwagon will provide meals and to-go boxes. There will be live music and a goodie sale at the Wagon, as well.

The Woolery Open 4- and 2-Person Golf Scramble will be held on Saturday, May 12 at the China Creek Golf Course in Arlington. The entry fee is $35 per person, with $5 mulligans or five mulligans for $20. Players can also enter the Putt Pot competition for $5. A barbeque lunch is included, and great prizes will be given away. For more information and to sign up, contact Lori at the golf course at 1-808-359-8194.
