Robert W. “Bob” McCarty of Echo died on March 10, 2017 in Richland, Wash., at the age of 72.
He was born on July 4, 1944 in Pendleton to Oscar and Minnie Foley McCarty.
A graveside service is pending at the Echo Cemetery.
