The Good Shepherd Medical Center is a progressive, not-for-profit hospital located in Hermiston, Oregon. Established in 1954, Good Shepherd serves 22 communities in northeast Oregon with a combined population of more than 50,000. Good Shepherd offers complete medical, OB/GYN, critical care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory and surgical services. Its Trauma Level 3 Emergency Room is open 24 hours a day. In addition to the medical center, the Good Shepherd Health Care System consists of TLC Home Health, Vange John Memorial Hospice, the Good Shepherd Clinic Pharmacy and the Good Shepherd Medical Group. Good Shepherd manages two foundations to support its mission and to fund scholarships in health-related projects in the community.
