The city of Hermiston will sponsor a free recycling event this Saturday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Umatilla Electric Cooperative parking lot.
Items that will be accepted include aluminum, appliances, car batteries, computers, concrete, paint, yard debris, and much more.
