Charles O. Walling of Hermiston died on Jan. 14, 2017 in Hermiston at the age of 69.
He was born on May 23, 1947 in Stockton, Calif., to Joseph and Florence Chamberlain Walling.
Charles worked in asphalt construction for many years.
