The Hermiston Planning Commission has moved its May meeting from May 14 to May 21 to avoid a scheduling conflict with the city’s budget committee meeting.

The committee will consider a one-year review of the conditional use permit allowing a restoration of a non-conforming use at Western Hay and Farming at 78227 Highway 207. The committee will also consider a recommendation to the Hermiston City Council on periodic review work tasks (adoption of a public facilities plan and update to the 2003 transportation system plan).

The committee will also consider a request for a minor partition of land at the northwest corner of N.E. 10th Street and East Main Street.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the council chambers.
