Hermiston High School has scheduled a send-off rally for the football team who will be heading to Hillsboro for the Oregon 5A championship on Saturday, Nov. 25 when they take on Churchill at 6 p.m.
The community is invited to attend the sendoff at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at Kennison Field.
The schedule of events is as follows:
- 8:30 a.m. — free donuts, coffee and hot chocolate available
- 8:45 a.m. — spirit line forms
- 9:00 a.m. — team send off
The Bulldog apparel store will be open on Friday, Nov. 24, from 4-6 p.m. at Kennison Stadium for those interested in purchasing Bulldog gear prior to the game on Saturday.
The Hermiston School District have thanked the Hermiston Police and Fire Departments and Hermiston Safeway for their contributions to Saturday’s event.
