Ray L. “Bear” Miears Sr. died on Aug. 5, 2018 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 66.
He was born on Dec. 29, 1951 in Artesia, Calif.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
