Folks in Hermiston have until Jan. 28 to dispose of their Christmas tree free of charge.
The city of Hermiston is offering their Christmas tree recycling service at Butte Park’s south parking lot. Residents can drop off their trees through Jan. 28.
Be sure to remove all tinsel, bulbs, lights and ornaments from your tree. For more information, call the parks department at 541-667-5018.
