Tickets remain on sale for the second annual Imbibe @Blue event to raise money for scholarships for the Blue Mountain Community College Foundation.
The event takes place on Saturday, Feb. 16, from 5-7 p.m. in the Student Union in Pioneer Hall on the BMCC Pendleton campus.
The 21-and-over tasting event invites ticketholders to indulge in samples of some of the region’s craft distilled spirits, beers, wines, chocolates and cheeses. Last year’s inaugural event raised nearly $3,000 for student scholarships. This year’s theme is “Mardi Gras,” and Cajun-inspired appetizers will be served. CHI St. Anthony Hospital is this year’s title sponsor.
Tickets are available at the BMCC Bookstore, Pendleton Art + Frame (36 SW Court Ave.), and by calling the BMCC Foundation, 541-278- 5775. Remaining tickets may be available at the door of the event for $30. Tickets include a wine or pint glass, hearty appetizers and all tastes from vendors. Full glasses and bottles will also be available for purchase from vendors.
