The Umatilla Chamber of Commerce and local businesses invite everyone to join them on Friday, Oct. 27 for Trick-or-Treat on Sixth Street.
The fun, safe trick-or-treat bash will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at Village Square Park, across from city hall. Participating merchants will display a sign on their windows.
