The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 27: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 31, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 27: Claudia Yesenia Morales Lopez, 38, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Aug. 26: Artemio Contreras Montiel, 24, was arrested on a warrant near E. Beech Avenue and N. McNary Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 26: Julio Adelson Garcia Jacinto, 19, was arrested on a warrant near E. Beech Avenue and N. McNary Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 26: Edwin Capetillo-Garcia, 24, was arrested on the 200 block of N. First Street and charged with restraining order violation.
Aug. 26: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 23, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with contempt of court.
Aug. 26: Joshua Robert Echols, 20, was arrested in McKenzie Park and charged with second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism) and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Aug. 25: John Jacob VanSwoll, 38, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 23: Chris Allen Ralston, 64, was arrested on the 1100 block of N.W. Third Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Aug. 22: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 31, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of E. Gladys and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Aug. 22: Alex Luis Ahumada, 38, was arrested on a warrant near W. Highland and S.W. 23rd and charged with being a fugitive.
Aug. 21: John Joseph McKinley, 49, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of W. Standard Avenue and charged with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 21: Eric Shannon Pennington, 54, was arrested near E. Dogwood and N.E. McNary and charged with first-degree forgery.
Aug. 19: Jose Ramon Fuentes Maldonado, 46, was arrested near N.E. Eighth Place and Diagonal Boulevard and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
