The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 10: David William Vassey, 64, was arrested on the 100 block of Rosalyn Drive and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (other).
April 10: Daysi Elizabeth Miranda Sanchez, 22, was arrested on the 1100 block of S. Highway 395 D49 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 9: Xavier Peter Cadaret, 38, was cited and released on the 1800 block of S. Highway 395 Apartment 17 for third-degree mischief (not vandalism).
April 9: Isaiah Celso Stafford, 31, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue #30 and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault), harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault), first-degree criminal mistreatment (family – criminal mistreatment), and coercion (aggravated assault).
April 8: Ben J. Davison Jr., 52, was arrested on a warrant near E. Jennie and N.E. McNary and charged with felony probation violation.
April 8: Kimberly Gale Brown, 39, was arrested on a warrant near S. Highway 395 and E. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 7: Jerry Ortega, 22, was arrested near N. First Place and W. Harper Road and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, unlawful possession of a firearm, and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 7: George Luis Angel, 30, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Oregon Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 7: Jose Manuel Garcia, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 7: Jorge Ricardo Delatorre, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. Oregon Avenue, Irrigon and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault), second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), and third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 6: Kelly Marie Rosas, 46, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
April 6: Keri Mae Kordatzky, 36, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 6: Wendie Myree Cadek, 52, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 5: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 1: Shannon Marie Boede, 40, was arrested near S.E. Fourth Street and E. Quince Avenue and charged with fraud by credit card (counterfeit/forgery).
