The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 19: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 23, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 18: Charles Patrick Cimmiyotti, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 17: Byron N. Thompson, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with contempt of court and resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
June 17: George Luis Angel, 31, was arrested on a warrant near N. Spruce and W. Cherry and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 17: Jesus J. Mendoza Moreno, 36, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. Seventh Street and charged with unlawful possession (weapon – carry concealed) and misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 16: Aparicio Pablo Ramirez, 29, was arrested near W. Catherine Avenue and N. First Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault) and second-degree disorderly conduct.
June 16: Fancy Fawn Russell, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
June 16: Marcel Isabel Saenz, 29, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), misdemeanor failure to appear, and third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
June 16: Veronica Ruiz, 35, was arrested on the 600 block of S.W. Ninth Street and charged with attempted unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), attempt to elude/flee, menacing (intimidation/threat), and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
June 15: Jazzmine Rose Rippy, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Elm and charged with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 15: Lane James Wilhelm, 25, was cited and released on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 for two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 15: Juan Jimenez, 31, was arrested on the 500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
June 14: Alejandra Tejeda, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
June 14: Robin Magallanes, 27, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with parole/LSA violation.
June 14: Romique Crystal Espino, 41, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Beebe Avenue and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
