The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 22: Steven Earl Sinor, 77, was arrested on the 1000 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
June 22: Kevin Shawn Chamberlain, 34, was arrested near W. Cherry and N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 22: Lorenzo Lemus Mondragon, 61, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and second-degree criminal trespass.
June 21: Mitchell Charles Harmon, 30, was arrested on a warrant near N.W. Spruce and W. Beech and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 21: Mark Allen Hernandez, 40, was arrested at the bottle drop and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
June 21: Steven Shane Turnbow, 42, was arrested near N.E. 10th Street and Diagonal and charged with second-degree theft $101-$1,000 (other) and first-degree theft over $1,000 (other).
June 21: Victor S. Arteaga Castillo, 29, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. Seventh Street and charged with felony failure to appear and felony probation violation.
June 21: Victor S. Arteaga Castillo, 29, was cited and released on the 1200 block of N.W. Seventh Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 20: Garron Dean Anderson, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 20: Christopher Tyler Pace, 35, was arrested on the 1100 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault) and menacing (intimidation/threat).
June 20: Brett Gillispie Comstock, 36, was cited and released on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 for third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
June 19: Zachariah Dean Vernon, 23, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for first-degree criminal trespass.
June 19: Landon Wright Piel, 32, was arrested on the 400 block of N. First and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 19: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
June 19: Adrian Elias Montoya, 33, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Hartley and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
