The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 1: Amber Danielle Gomez, 36, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
July 1: Scotti Elaine King, 45, was cited and released on the 300 block of S. First Street for misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 1: Joshua Gonzalez, 31, was arrested near E. Gladys and N.E. Fourth and charged with reckless endangering and DUII – controlled substance.
June 30: Maria F. Guerrero Armenta, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of E. Main Street and charged with hit and run – property.
June 30: Cory Joe Spence, 47, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 30: Carrie Lynn Marshall, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000), first-degree criminal trespass, and resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
June 30: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry and charged with two counts of reckless burning.
June 30: Justin D. Connell, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of N. First Place and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 29: Miguel Valdez Garcia, 26, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100), second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and felony failure to appear.
June 29: Jose Alvaro Calmo Perez, 20, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with DUII – alcohol, minor in possession of alcohol, and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS).
June 29: Sara Silva, 27, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 29: Irineo Calmo Calmo, 34, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Cherry Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol, failure to carry or present license, failure to carry proof of insurance, and giving false information to law enforcement.
June 29: Ana Bianey Maldonado Barrera, 26, was arrested near E. Highland Avenue and S.E. Fifth Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
June 28: Joshua Paul Williams, 30, was arrested near E. Elm Avenue and N.E. Third Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
June 28: Jose Daniel Ramirez Dias, 23, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.W. Fourth Street and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
