The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 15: Larry Lee White, 65, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
July 15: Dylan Clay Blasius, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton and charged with fraud by credit card (counterfeit/forgery) and identity theft.
July 14: Gage Julio Garlynn Angel, 24, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with aggravated harassment, misdemeanor failure to appear, and giving false information to law enforcement.
July 13: Tyler Freeman Beers, 40, was arrested near E. Highland Avenue and S.W. Ninth Street and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 13: Devina Victoria Monreal, 22, was arrested on a warrant near W. Moore Avenue and S.W. Fourth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 13: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) – other, and camping within 20 feet of a building.
July 13: George Luis Angel, 31, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N. First Place and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) – other.
July 13: Amber Danielle Gomez, 36, was cited and released on the 200 block of S.W. 11th Street for second-degree criminal trespass.
July 12: Lane James Wilhelm, 25, was arrested near N.W. Beech Street and N. Spruce and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 12: John David Thomas Clark, 20, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First and charged with felony probation violation.
July 11: Leonardo Daniel Parra, 18, was arrested on the 500 block of S.W. 13th Place and charged with unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and third-degree theft less than $100 (theft from a motor vehicle).
July 10: Christian Ryan Perkins, 24, was arrested on a warrant at Safeway and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
July 10: Ruben Fernandez, 41, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 10: Nicholas J. Lepinski, 45, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Avenue and charged with giving a false report, first-degree theft over $1,000 (other), and falsifying drug test results (forgery).
July 10: Jacob Richard Mack, 29, was arrested on the 400 block of N. First Place and charged with felon in possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal trespass.
