Good Shepherd Health Care System’s annual Family Health & Fitness Day is set for Saturday, Sept. 21 at Hermiston High School.
The day starts with a 5K Fun Run at 10 a.m. – no registration required. Other activities include free health screenings, a teddy bear clinic, car seat checks, helmet and life jacket fittings, DaVinci robot surgery demonstrations and more.
