Kelly Wayne Fox of Heppner passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 65.
He was born on Nov. 20, 1960.
A celebration of life service will be held for him at the Heppner Elks Lodge #358 on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 3 p.m. with a meal to follow. All are welcome to attend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kelly’s honor to the Clarence Buchanan Scholarship Fund via Heppner Elks Lodge.
