Michael Francis “Mike” Doherty of Heppner passed away on Aug. 18, 2026 at the age of 73.
A celebration of life service will take place at the Heppner Elks Lodge #358 on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026 at 1 p.m.
Private family graveside services will be held separately.
