Herbert Richard Lloyd Jr. of Heppner passed away on Sept. 4, 2026 at the age of 70.
He was born on Jan. 29, 1956.
A public viewing will be held at Sweeney Payton Mortuary on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026 from 12 until 4 p.m. Following the viewing, a gathering will take place at Bucknum’s Tavern in Heppner. All are welcome to attend.
