The First United Methodist Church in Hermiston is offering several Easter-related events this week.
The church is inviting the community to its Maundy Thursday Communion Service at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 2 at the church.
On Saturday, April 4, the church will hold its Peter Rabbit Breakfast and activities from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast costs $5 per person, and activities during the morning will include face painting, an Easter craft project and Easter egg hunt.
On Sunday, April 5, an Easter sunrise service will take place at 6:30 a.m. at the foot of the cross on the Hermiston Butte, behind Good Shepherd Medical Center.
