The Boardman Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its annual awards banquet.
The chamber is seeking nominations for Citizen of the Year, Business Person of the Year, Education of the Year, Youth Citizen of the Year, Fire and Safety Award and the Boardman Pioneer Award.
Nomination forms can be found on the chamber website.
Forms must be returned by 2 p.m., Jan. 9, 2017. Forms can be dropped off at the chamber, 101 Olson Road, mailed to the chamber at P.O. Box 1, Boardman, Ore., 97818 or faxed to 541-481-2733.
