U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden will hold town hall meetings in Morrow and Umatilla Counties as part of his 11-county swing through Eastern and Central Oregon during the month of April.
On Saturday, April 22, Sen. Wyden will speak at 10 a.m. at Riverside Junior/Senior High School Auditorium, 210 Boardman Ave. NE, Boardman.
On Sunday, April 23, Wyden will speak at 3:30 p.m. at Jack Williams Auditorium, McLoughlin High School, 120 S. Main St., Milton-Freewater.
“It’s clear from the strong turnouts so far at this year’s town halls that participatory democracy is alive and well throughout Oregon,” Wyden said. “I am looking forward to hearing directly from residents of Eastern Oregon about solutions we can work on together to preserve and protect the Oregon way of finding common ground.”
