Signups and first practice for Irrigon’s fourth- through sixth-grade girls will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 6 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Irrigon High School gym.
The tentative practice schedule will be Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. Practice days may change on a weekly basis due to junior high and high school schedules. Games are on Saturdays at 9 a.m., and schedules will be handed out when they are finalized.
The cost to participate is $35 per player. Parents are responsible for getting their kids to and from games.
Players will need sturdy indoor shoes, knee pads, black shorts and a water bottle. Jerseys will be provided for games.
