First-time and seasoned home buyers and home renters will have the opportunity on Monday, May 6 to learn about buying and renting at the Home Buyer and Renter Convention in Pendleton. There is no cost to attend.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate. Breakout sessions will be split between home buyers and renters. Topics include how to qualify for a home, credit management, budgeting, current housing issues in Pendleton, financing available, and more.
