Francisco “Frank” Chapa III of Irrigon died on Nov. 16, 2019 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 45.
He was born on Sept. 14, 1974 in Pharr, Texas.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019 at 12 noon at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Irrigon.
