The 31st Cutest Baby Contest was held Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Umatilla County Fair. Presented by KOHU & The Q, the contest featured around 75 cuties ranging from newborns to 18 month olds. Here’s some of the contestents from Saturday’s event.
