Good Shepherd Health Care System will offer a free diabetes prevention course on Thursday, April 14.
Created by the CDC, the course is for people with pre-diabetes and/or who are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This course will help participants set goals, track their eating and activity, assess their progress, and solve problems.
The course will go from 3 to 4 p.m. in-person and online.
