Good Shepherd Health Care System is offering the free virtual Wellness Through a Holistic Lens class on Thursday, Aug. 11.
The class goes from 3 to 4 p.m. Good Shepherd’s health and wellness coordinator will talk about the many factors in life that contribute to personal wellness, including physical health, mental well-being, relationships, workplace stressors, and much more.
