The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 17: Allen Ray Goatley, 43, was arrested on N.E. Alora Drive and charged with attempted strangulation and menacing.
Sept. 17: Jon David Hanna, 45, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and W. Highland Avenue and chargted with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Sept. 16: Michelle Rea Warner, 49, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Sept. 16: Erica June Kidwell, 29, was arrested near S.W. 17th Street and W. Alleluia Avenue and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000), second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree burglary (residence), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree theft (less than $100 from a motor vehicle), and first-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 16: Anthony Tavarez Cruz, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with contempt of court, restraining order violation, endangering person protected by restraining order, and second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 16: Mynor Ramirez Corrillo, 26, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Gladys Avenue and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R, failure to obey traffic control device, and driving uninsured.
Sept. 15: Mark David Borghese, 57, was arrested near E. Gladys Avenue and N.E. Fourth Street and charged with injury hit-and-run, resisting arrest, misdemeanor failure to appear, and contempt of court.
Sept. 15: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and two counts of contempt of court.
Sept. 14: George Luis Angel, 29, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Dogwood Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 14: Oscar Lee Cota Jr., 19, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with fourth-degree assault.
Sept. 13: Chalen James Ottmar, 27, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with failure to pay fines.
Sept. 13: John Joseph McKinley, 48, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Hartley Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and felony failure to appear.
Sept. 13: Kelsey Marie Reid, 27, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with hit-and-run (property).
Sept. 12: Pascual Mateo Francisco, 28, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and S.W. Ninth Street attempted murder.
Sept. 10: Kennith Franklin Brown, 19, was cited on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with failure to appear.
Sept. 10: Nicolas Philip Holdridge, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
Sept. 10: Guadalupe Delgado, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Main Street and charged with DUII (alcohol), DWS/R violation, illegal backing, and failure to use lights.
Sept. 9: David Michael Lomas, 32, was arrested near W. Jennie Avenue and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with reckless driving.
Sept. 9: Angel Sanchez, 26, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with second-degree robbery (convenience store), menacing, and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000).
