The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce is inviting everyone to come downtown this Thursday, Nov. 2 between 4:30 and 7 p.m. for the Hermiston Downtown District First Thursday event.
Participating merchants will offer refreshments and discounts, and there will be a bonus drawing.
