The Columbia River Community Health in Boardman Services will be giving free sports physicals Aug. 7, 14, 21 and 23 from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. by appointment only.
You must bring the school’s paperwork with parent’s signature. Immunizations will also be reviewed. Wear T-shirt and shorts or sweats – no jeans. Call for your appointment at 541-481-7212.
