“But I can guarantee this was because grandma wasn’t driving the brand new EW-36 electric scooter available at Good Shepherd Health Care System Home Medical Equipment (HME),” said HME Manager Sid Rittenbach.

“Our new range of electric scooters can really do it all,” said Rittenbach. “We have two models available on the floor, the EW-36 and the EW-18. Both models can take you around 40 miles on a full charge (depending on terrain), and the EW-36 has a powerful electric motor that can travel at speeds in access of 18 mph, comes complete with head and tail lights if you get caught out after dark, and with extra storage capacity for your trip to the grocery store – it’s really a go anywhere and do anything powerful scooter.”

In addition to electric motorized vehicles, Home Medical Equipment is a source for all durable medical equipment needs providing respiratory equipment and services, wheelchairs and accessories, bathroom safety devices, walkers, and many other aids for daily living.
