Altrusa International of Hermiston will present a series of One Book, One Community events next week.
On Wednesday, April 16 at noon, there will be chance to meet Michael Morris, author of Slow Way Home. The event takes place at the Hermiston Public Library. At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Morris will read from his book at Bellinger’s Bistro.
On Thursday, April 17 at 7 p.m., there will be a panel discussion featuring Morris at the Eastern Oregon Higher Education Center. The event is open to the public.
