Blue Mountain Community College has announced the groundbreaking ceremony for its FARM II project on Monday, Sept. 18.
The event celebrating the start of the Facility for Agricultural Resource Management II begins at 3 p.m. Parking will be in the Pendleton Convention Center parking lot, 1601 Westgate.
