The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 21: Carrie Lynn Marshall, 29, was arrested near E. Highland Avenue and S.E. Sixth Street and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 21: Sara Silva, 26, was cited and released on the 300 block of S. First Street for two counts of second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 16: Wendy Lucero Trujillo Soto, 37, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 12: Gustavo Antonio Preciado, 24, was arrested near E. Diagonal Boulevard and N.E. 10th Street and charged with violation of speed limit, open container, and DUII – alcohol.
Sept. 11: Teresita D. Hernandez Villalobos, 49, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft (theft from building over $1,000).
