The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 13: Guerrero Gastelum Gutierrez, 48, was cited and released near E. Main Street and N.E. Third Street for DUII – controlled substance.
April 13: Dustyn Joseph Lee Janssen, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
April 12: Jeeno Jerry Gonzales, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 12: Andrea Marie Picard, 48, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and second-degree criminal trespass.
April 12: Leslie Martizis Griffin, 35, was arrested on a warrant on the 2,000 block of S.W. Court Avenue, Pendleton and charged with restraining order violation.
April 12: Cody James Boede, 19, was arrested at the Umatilla County Jail and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 11: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with menacing (intimidation/threat), second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism), and resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
April 11: Justan Michael Krieger, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 11: Aaron Campos, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
April 11: Cody James Boede, 19, was arrested on the 1,000 block of N. First Street and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
April 11: Cody James Boede, 19, was cited and released on the 1,000 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 11: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 44, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
April 11: Claudia Abney, 72, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 11: Mitchell Charles Harmon, 30, was arrested near S.E. Fourth Street and S. Highway 395 and charged with misuse of 9-1-1.
April 10: Dillan Drake Massey, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 1,000 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with parole/LSA violation.
