Friends of the Hermiston Public Library are having their book sale early this year, May 30-June 1.
Member Night will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on May 30. Member Night is for members of the Friends of the HPL only, but anyone can become a member. It’s the perfect time to get first crack at the books if you are a member or to become a member.
The sale for the general public will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on May 31 and from 9 a.m. to noon on June 1. From 1 to 3 p.m. on June 1, books will be on sale for $4 per bag.
Due to the upcoming remodel of the library, the sale will take place across the street at Hermiston City Hall.
