The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 21: Elias Ramirez Ramirez, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and second-degree criminal trespass.
July 20: Steven Michael Daulton, 62, was arrested on the 100 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
July 20: Stephanie Ann Horn, 27, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device (third offense).
July 18: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was cited and released on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue for misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 18: Shane Verhey Springer, 35, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree murder (attempted), first-degree assault, and unlawful use of a weapon (aggravated assault).
July 18: Dionicio Pablo Pablo, 38, was arrested near W. Elm Avenue and N. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
July 17: Cecilia Lizett Moreno, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, felony probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 17: Anthony James Lott, 34, was arrested on a warrant near E. Quince Avenue and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 17: Ricky Edward Haines, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with being a fugitive.
July 17: Sergio Avila Torres, 46, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 17: Armando Jimenez Jeronimo, 28, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of Columbia Drive and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 17: Christian James Solberg, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
July 15: Salissa Rae Jim, 28, was arrested at 7-Eleven and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
July 15: Cameron Joseph Shawl, 46, was arrested at 7-Eleven and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
July 15: Arturo Saavedra Canchola, 40, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie #37 and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
