The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 24: Alejandro Jimenez Valencia, 37, was arrested on the 1200 block of S.E. 4th and charged with DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
Oct. 24: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 24: Jose Luis Hinojosa Memije, 18, was cited and released on the 600 block of S. First Street for second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 23: Jordan Richard Horning, 27, was arrested at Tom Ables RV and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
Oct. 23: Jessie J. Grigsby, 51, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 22: Richard Tyrone Ruiz, 35, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Elm Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Oct. 22: Lisa Michelle Pierce, 44, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 22: Eduardo Venegas, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with contempt of court and felony probation violation.
Oct. 21: Bernice P. Vega, 50, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 21: Destiny Rose Michelle Holz, 25, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor.
Oct. 21: Daniel Trevino, 39, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway and charged with giving false information to law enforcement.
Oct. 21: Eddy Saul Gutierrez Munoz, 29, was arrested near N. First and E. Theater Lane and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Oct. 20: Edgar Eduardo Bazan Ayala, 27, was arrested on the 1100 block of S. First Street #G2 and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
Oct. 20: Matias Aguilar-Escobar, 37, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue #C and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 20: Christopher Ayala, 27, was arrested near W. Elm Avenue and N. Highway 395 and charged with DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
Oct. 20: Oscar Lopez, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
Oct. 19: Patty Lee Miskey, 56, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
