The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Feb. 20: Julie Ann Peterkin, 49, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS).
Feb. 20: Cristian Tapia, 29, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked and failure to obey traffic control device.
Feb. 20: Brian Dewayne Simmons, 58, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 19: Luis Ramon Garcia, 29, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Feb. 19: Jesus Candilido Yzaguirre, 44, was arrested on the 500 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with assault of a public safety officer (aggravated assault), second-degree criminal trespass, and resisting arrest (simple assault).
Feb. 19: Cody James Boede, 20, was arrested on a warrant at the Shell Station and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Feb. 18: Damien Sky Figurski, 23, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Feb. 18: Ernesto Mendoza, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
Feb. 18: Rebecca Raquel Ramirez, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 1000 block of W. Orchard Avenue #3 and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Feb. 18: Rebecca Raquel Ramirez, 33, was arrested on the 1000 block of W. Orchard Avenue and charged with attempt to elude/flee.
Feb. 17: Miguel A. Reyes, 29, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. Ninth Street and charged with hit and run – property.
Feb. 17: Latis Tillequots, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 17: Brian James Lee, 30, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 16: Juan Ramos Matias, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Beebee and charged with hit and run – injury and driving uninsured.
Feb. 16: Brian James Lee, 30, was arrested on the 1100 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 16: Dustin Dale Rodriguez, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 15: Karl William Heinz Millard, 38, was arrested on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with contempt of court.
Feb. 15: Jesus Israel Alvarez Garcia, 46, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 15: Rachel Michelle Rising, 39, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 15: Leticia Lara Hernandez, 54, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
