HERMISTON, Ore.-Fire crews with Umatilla County Fire District #1 (UCFD1) responded to a fire in Hermiston on the morning of November 6.
Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District also responded to the fire on the 1300 block of Theater Lane just before 11 a.m.
Water tenders were dispatched to supply water to fight the fire, due to the lack of hydrants in the area, according to UCFD1.
Despite heavy smoke and flames coming from the building, fire crews had the fire out in about 10 minutes and prevented it from spreading to any nearby buildings.
No injuries were reported in the fire, and the cause is now under investigation.
