Javier Cisneros of Umatilla died on Dec. 17, 2025 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 66.
He was born on May 6, 1959 in Michoacan, Mexico.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025 at 12 noon at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
