Most of all she loved being with her family, especially cherishing time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

After the passing of her husband, Bob Bailey, she worked at the Umatilla Army Depot. She was the owner and operator of the McNary Motel in Umatilla for many years. Lila then took a role as a fish counter at the McNary Dam. After she retired, she spent the later years of her life traveling to and from Quartzsite, Ariz., where she enjoyed many outdoor activities with her husband, Bill (Pops) Romp, whom she married in 1997.

Lila is survived by her sister, Dorothy Zinter of Walla Walla, Wash.; two daughters, Beth Franks of Stanfield and Janet Terry of Hermiston; step-daughter, Julie (Romp) McArthur of Spokane, Wash.; nine grandchildren, Andrea Blair, Terry Franks, Lora Cooper, Heidi Franks, Shara Franks, Jessica Braun, Kory Terry, Sonny Sanders and Jaiden McArthur; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Bob Bailey who passed 54 years ago and Bill Romp who passed 14 years ago; daughter, Debbie Sanders; sisters, Trudy Kemotova, Betty Rayl and Daisy Lydy; and brothers, Kenneth Moore, Edward Moore and Robert (Bobby) Moore.
