Shirley Marie Bugal of Hermiston died on May 16, 2026 in Hermiston at the age of 82.
She was born on July 18, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to William and Mary Horn Marlow.
Shirley was raised in Jamestown, Pa. She married Albert Bugal and they moved to South Carolina and lived for many years in Myrtle Beach. After Albert died, Shirley moved to Oregon in 2024, where she had lived since. She enjoyed church, gospel music, and porcelain dolls. Shirley loved her grand-babies and her four-legged companion, Biscuit.
She is survived by her daughters, Becky Hughes and husband Bob, Umatilla, Kim Knifle and husband Jack, Pennsylvania, Tammy Winkleman, Pennsylvania, Mary Hunter and husband Tom, Pennsylvania and Billie Jo Drake and husband Mark, South Carolina; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; sons, Stanley and Harry; and her parents.
At her request there will be no service.
