Patricia “Patty” Cisneros of Echo passed away surrounded by the love of her family on June 2, 2026.

Patty was born on Oct. 10, 1956 to Clarice and Conrad Dumler in Anchorage, Alaska. Patty lived a life defined by love, generosity, and devotion to those she cared for most.

Patty enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. She loved watching and collecting I Love Lucy and The Wizard of Oz, favorites that brought her happiness throughout the years. She also enjoyed being a long time member of the Echo Church community and volunteering at His Design in Echo, where she shared her time, kindness, and caring spirit with others in her community.

She is survived by her children, Tyler Cisneros, Hilary McCready, and Jeramy (Kayla) Cisneros; her granddaughters, Myla and Adeline Cisneros; her brother, Marv (Jaimee) Dumler; and her three nieces and many great nieces and nephews. Nothing brought Patty greater joy than being a mother and grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in their lives and accomplishments.

Those who knew Patty will remember her loving heart, her dedication to her family, and the way she made people feel welcomed and cared for. She leaves behind countless memories that will be treasured by her children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on June 27, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at Victory Square Pavilion in Hermiston. Family and friends are invited to join in a potluck honoring Patty’s life, sharing memories, and celebrating the love and joy she brought to so many.
