Virginia Marie “Ginger” Haley of Hermiston passed away in Hermiston on Sept. 22, 2025 at the age of 67.
She was born on May 24, 1959 in Germany to Gordon and Barbara Kissinger Dobbins.
Ginger lived in California for much of her childhood and later moved to Washington when she was a teenager. As an adult, she lived in Walla Walla, Wash. for a short time before making Hermiston her home for the past 30 years.
Ginger loved her cat, Neo. She was very crafty and enjoyed socializing with people whenever she could. She was very loving and caring to other people and would give the shirt off her back to someone in need. She enjoyed playing cards and games with her sons every chance she could. She had recently started attending the 11th Street Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hermiston.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Dobbins and Adam Haley; grandchildren, Cassandra Dobbins, Anthony Haley and Camron Haley; siblings, Lorelie Kaid, Pam Shumway, Diane McDaniel, Russell Dobbins, Richard Vevaa and Nelson Rayment; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Haley, and father and stepmother, Gordon and Lois Dobbins.
No services have been planned at this time.
