Vernon O. Lyons died on July 10, 2013 in Hermiston at the age of 91.
He was born on Oct. 23, 1921 in Burley, Idaho to Albert and Ida Despain Lyons.
Vern worked as a clerk for the Union Pacific Railroad for over 40 years. He was married to Clara Allen Lyons who preceded him in death in 2008.
At his request there will be no service.
