Oregon State Rep. Dennis Richardson, a Republican candidate for governor, will be a guest at the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce’s Business to Business Luncheon on Tuesday.
Guest speakers at the luncheon will also include Don Chance, executive director of the Umatilla Army Depot Reuse Authority Planning; Stan Hutchinson, chief of planning and programing for the Oregon Military Department; and Tamra Mabbott, director of the Umatilla Planning Department.
They will be discussing the current status of planning and zoning of the depot, the history of depot, the depot’s closure process, the Local Re-Use Authority, as well as an update on the Oregon Military Department’s activities at the Depot. There will be time for questions and answer session at the end of the program.
